"I highly recommend Schaumburg Honda"

I purchased my Honda Civic at Schaumburg Honda in 2000. I have maintained it there exclusively other than for routine oil changes. I find the service to be excellent. If I can wait on certain repairs/maintenance I am always given that information-"there is some rust on the pipe and it will need replacing probably in about 6 months but not immediately"-and other examples of that nature. I do have knowledgeable relatives in the field and always ask their opinions (after I have had the work done but they don't know that!) and they are always in agreement with the recommendations of the service department.

I am on a fixed income and need my car to continue to run. So far, Schaumburg Honda has helped to make that happen. I like the fact that the parts are available on site and that all of my car's information is in their system.

Personnel have been unfailingly friendly and courteous and I feel quite comfortable there. I recently had a failed battery replaced-no charge to me. And because my car's history is there, they knew when the battery had been initially purchased and all other pertinent information that pertained to the battery.

I highly recommend Schaumburg Honda.

"Great Car Dealer"

We bought our van from here after car shopping in some chicago honda dealership. Of course the reason why we spent our money here because of their best pricing compare to other. Not only that we found the best deal for our car, we also got some free oil service from this place. When we had problem with our car, they lend us their car, and when we have our service here, they'd take us to woodfield mall and when the car is ready they pick us up again. We have been very happy with their service.

"Would Buy from Them Again"

I bought my current car from Schaumburg Honda and would definately purchase there again. The sales person who assisted us was very nice, and was not pushy or insistant about us buying the car we were looking at. They stayed there past closing to handle our sale.
