The HondaTrue Certified EV tier accommodates all-electric vehicles in Honda's lineup, first being offered in 2024 to coincide with the release of the Honda Prologue. These models must be two years old or newer, likewise with fewer than 80,000 miles. Given their electric powertrain, they have a Battery Warranty with eight years or 100,000 miles of coverage, as well as a Limited Warranty of two years or 86,000 miles of coverage for all other components.

HondaTrue Used models are slightly older or have accumulated more mileage, and they can be as much as ten years old. Their warranty structure includes a Powertrain Limited Warranty that extends to 100 days or 5,000 miles, with Non-Powertrain coverage of the same duration.
