My name is Desi Zamora, and I bring more than 18 years of automotive experience to Schaumburg Honda. I consider myself a true car guy—something that’s becoming increasingly rare in today’s industry. My passion for the business started on the shop floor, where I began my career changing oil and tires at a small independent repair shop. That hands-on start gave me a deep appreciation for the work behind every vehicle and the importance of doing things the right way for every customer.
Wanting to grow and challenge myself, I moved into the dealership world where I began selling cars and later transitioned into the service department as a Service Advisor. From there, I continued to grow into leadership roles including Assistant Service Manager, New Car Sales Manager, Marketing Director, and Business Development Manager.
Having worked in nearly every part of the dealership has given me a unique, well-rounded perspective on the entire customer journey. My focus has always been on creating a transparent, stress-free, and positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors. I believe great customer service isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about building trust, communicating clearly, and making sure every customer feels valued long after they leave the dealership.
